Scope of Work – Luxury Bathroom Remodel

1. Site Protection & Preparation
   Protect adjacent areas with floor coverings and dust control. Shut off and secure all plumbing and electrical prior to demolition.
2. Selective Demolition
   Remove existing shower, wall finishes, vanity, mirrors, fixtures, and flooring as required. Haul away and dispose of all debris.
3. Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades
   Reconfigure plumbing for new walk-in shower, toilet, and dual-sink vanity. Install rough-in for updated lighting, exhaust fan, and GFCI outlets per code.
4. Shower Construction & Waterproofing
   Install custom shower pan, linear drain, and full waterproofing system. Construct recessed niche and prepare walls for large-format tile installation.
5. Tile Installation
   Install luxury large-format wall tile in shower with decorative niche detail. Install new shower floor tile with proper slope and grout sealing.
6. Vanity, Fixtures & Glass Installation
   Install dual-sink vanity, quartz countertop, undermount sinks, matte black fixtures, mirrors, toilet, and custom glass shower enclosure.
7. Finishes & Detailing
   Complete drywall repairs, prime and paint walls and ceiling. Install trim, accessories, towel bars, and final hardware for a polished finish.
8. Final Inspection & Cleanup
   Perform final walkthrough, test all plumbing and electrical systems, address punch-list items, and complete professional cleaning for turnover.
