Demolition: Removal of existing interior finishes, non-load bearing walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, and MEP systems as needed.

Framing & Drywall: New interior wall framing, insulation, drywall installation, and fire-rated assemblies where required.

Flooring: Installation of commercial-grade tile, vinyl, and kitchen-specific slip-resistant flooring.

Ceiling: Installation of acoustical ceiling tiles and necessary framing adjustments for ceiling-mounted HVAC, lighting, and sprinkler systems.

Electrical: Complete rough-in and final electrical installation for lighting, kitchen equipment, outlets, and fire alarm systems.

Plumbing: Rough-in and final plumbing for restrooms, kitchen sinks, grease traps, floor drains, and dishwashing areas.

HVAC: Installation of commercial-grade HVAC units, kitchen hood systems with makeup air units, and rooftop exhaust fans.

Fire Suppression: Installation and certification of the fire suppression system, including hood system protection.

Finishes: Painting, wall coverings, installation of kitchen wall panels (FRP where applicable), and restroom partitions.

Millwork: Installation of service counters, custom cabinetry, and bar areas.

Equipment Installation: Coordination and setup assistance for kitchen equipment (delivered by others).

Final Touches: Baseboards, door hardware, signage installation (if required), and final cleaning to prepare for opening.
